Pre-Construction Stage
1. Carry out an in-depth study of Design Information and other project Documentation
2. Prepare a Detailed Project Delivery Strategy or Revise the one prepared under Phase-1
3. Develop the most appropriate Project Delivery Models
4. Attend main Co-ordination Meetings
5. Conduct Risk and Cost Management workshops for the Projects.
6. Assist the Client Team on Management of the Consultants
7. Cost Planning and concurrent feedback to the Design Team
8. Generate high level Value Engineering/ Value Management (VE and VM) ideas and Co-ordinate the same with the Consultants
9. Prepare Project Risk & Opportunity(R&O) schedules and mitigation measures.
10. Independent review of Contractors Pricing and Proposal
11. Review of Tender and Contract Conditions prepared by the Client’s Legal Department for Main Contractor and Key Sub-Contractors
12. Establish and Communicate “ Critical Success Factors’ for the Project with key stakeholders
13. Prepare a detailed Project cash flows
14. Assist the Client Team to Set up Project Quality and Safety Systems
15. Develop Project specific procurement strategies and Policies
16. Develop a flow chart for procurement process with clear authority matrix.
17. Assist the Client Team in selection of Contractors, particularly in
a. Preparation of RFP
b. Evaluation of Proposals
c. Interviewing and negotiation with the Contractors
d. Finalization of Contract Agreements
18. Develop and implement Strategic Procurement/sourcing based on the following philosophy.

Construction Stage
- Attend key Project Meetings
- Establish Project Control and Monitoring mechanism
- Carry out Periodic Assessments of Project Performances
- Closely Monitor the performance of the Main Contractor and key Sub-Contractors
- Monitor Project performance and identify areas of improvement and make recommendations.
- Help Contractors and Sub-Contractors to improve their efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish and implement effective contractual/commercial procedures
- Assist Client and Contractors to adopt best Construction Practices
